Return Policy — Bexora
At Bexora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms described below.
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date the item was delivered.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized / personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Processing time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Regular (non-customized) products: processing time 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact support@bexora.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a return authorization within 2 business days.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error — in which case we will cover return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (5–10 business days processing), we will notify you of the decision.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method via PayPal within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized/personalized items (excluding damage/defect), underwear, final-sale clearance items, and items without original tags or packaging.
