Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment is securely processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Yes — you have 24 hours from placing your order to request a modification or cancellation by emailing us immediately at support@bexora.shop. After 24 hours, orders have entered production and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Flat rate $4.99 per order, or free on orders over $70.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time is 5–12 business days (Mon–Fri) after processing. Processing is 1–3 business days for standard items and 5–10 business days for customized items.

Q: What is the order cutoff time?
A: 5:00 PM PST (GMT−08:00) on business days.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unworn items in original packaging. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds issued to your original PayPal payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: No direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: PayPal — pay with PayPal balance, bank account, debit card, or credit card.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes — all payments are processed via PayPal’s SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never store your full card number.
