Return Policy — Bexora

At Bexora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms described below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date the item was delivered.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized / personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Processing time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Regular (non-customized) products: processing time 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support@bexora.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will email you a return authorization within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error — in which case we will cover return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (5–10 business days processing), we will notify you of the decision.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method via PayPal within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized/personalized items (excluding damage/defect), underwear, final-sale clearance items, and items without original tags or packaging.
