All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for mispricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize Bexora to charge your PayPal account.

3. Pricing

All prices are in USD. Prices may change at any time prior to order acceptance. Orders confirmed and paid before a price change will be honored at the price at time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Standard flat-rate shipping is $4.99. Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping. Shipping is limited to the continental U.S. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unworn items in original packaging. We do not offer exchanges — please return and re-order. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

All content is the property of MARATHON ASSETS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any law, submit false information, use automated bots or scrapers, or interfere with Site operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Apache Junction, Arizona.
