Order Cancellation & Modification Policy — Bexora

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how to request a cancellation or modification to your order.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation or modification of your order within 24 hours of placing it. The 24-hour window begins from the moment your payment is confirmed and your order confirmation email is sent.

How to Request

  1. Email us immediately at support@bexora.shop
  2. Include your order number and the change or cancellation you would like
  3. We will confirm via reply within 2 business hours

Order Cutoff Time

Order cutoff: 5:00 PM PST (GMT−08:00) on business days (Monday–Friday). Requests received after the cutoff time will not be actioned until the next business day — by which time your order may have entered the production queue.

Standard vs. Customized Items

  • Standard items: Cancellation within 24 hours is possible before production begins.
  • Customized / personalized items (5–10 business days production): may not be cancellable once production starts, confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original PayPal payment method.

No Changes After 24 Hours

Once an order has entered our production or fulfillment pipeline (approximately 24 hours after confirmation), it cannot be cancelled or modified. In these cases, you may return the item after delivery per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
